SP Lynch & Associates is a California Limited Liability Company established in 2005. We specialize in providing our private and public sector clients with expert end user training and performance support services for ERP systems.

Our company's technical understanding of SAP® brings an added dimension to our training service that other training organizations typically lack. Planning and preparing a live SAP® training environment requires technical knowledge of instances, clients, data mining and the transport system. About our principal consultant and owner
Shaun Lynch has over 30 years of business software application experience that includes over 15 years of SAP® experience. He spent 26 of those years as an IT professional which included 7 years of SAP® ABAP™ programming. He has performed the software development life cycle from analysis to implementation countless times and has experienced several SAP® upgrades. During his time as an IT professional, Mr. Lynch was often given the opportunity to train end users and develop training documentation. He found that he enjoyed training and it soon developed into his new passion.
In 2005, Mr. Lynch decided to follow that passion and start his own business. He leveraged his knowledge of SAP® into a successful training consulting company. His consulting business quickly gained momentum when he decided to accept a full time employee position with RWD Technologies (now GP Strategies™), an international leader in the end user software training industry. Mr. Lynch spent four successful years with RWD as developer, project manager and member of the management staff before returning to his business.
Mr. Lynch has performed all aspects of the training development life cycle, managed projects, and delivered training to end user audiences both nationally and internationally. His private and public sector client base is impressive and continues to grow.
Mr. Lynch has an MBA in Finance and a B.S. in Business Management.
